To start with, my appointment was scheduled for 9am. No one showed up until 9:45 and there was no phone call to atleast let me know they were on their way and running late. The job they did was a disgrace to the Service Master brand name!!!! I spent over $500 to have 2 girls come in to clean outside of cabinets, light fixtures, wipe down doors, some walls and baseboards from prior construction in my home. I had to have them redo a couple areas of cabinets because they didn't get fingerprints off doors. My glass inserts had residual circular marks on them that had to be redone. They were not supposed to do any windows but they chose to clean my sliding doors except they only went up as far as they could reach without a ladder -- I could tell because once again they used a dirty rag and left circular dirt marks all over the windows. Fortunately, I do have a regular cleaning service who will fix all the problems they caused. Unfortunately, I felt like this was a job where I was milked for over $500 for a job that should have been done professionally, by professionals. Turns out this was the first time these two girls did this work for Service Master but clearly were not professional and a brand such as Service Master should send ONLY competent, professional people especially when charging so much money. Speaking of which, be careful of their quoted prices as well. When I originally called for pricing a couple months prior, I spoke to a guy named Danny who quoted me $80/man hour. When the girls came here, they had a sheet identifying $85/man hour. These people are crooks. I would never recommend them ever!!!!

Water damage from a leak. The agent was there the day we called. He placed dryers and measured the moisture level in our wooden floor and walls. They came each day to monitor the progression. We could not have asked for better service!
