One of the few times I've shopped here was Black Friday a couple of years ago, shopped and tried on a few shoes for about 30-45 minutes. Not one of the 7-10 associates working said one word to me. There was a group up front at a table to sign people up for their stores credit card, they seemed to be having a nice conversation. Either way, I left without making a purchase. This store is now my 'last resort' destination for men's shoes.

Over priced and they have too many people working on the floor following you . I went inside of the of the store feeling good and feeling blessed for another day. But this store just made me feel some type of way. I came in this store with my good friend because she had nothing but good things to say about it but after we got there and started shopping she was surprised herself at the customer service we had been shown.  I don't think ill be coming back to this DSW store again.

Had $30 on a gift certificate, total came out to $27 and change. Then it said I owed them 2 cents. Cashier paid the 2 cents, then I asked if they took the rest of $30, she said yes and did absolutely nothing about it.

I shopped for over an hour and found lots of shoes I liked but they didn't have my size which is a 9 medium. Ended up just buying some socks. Need a wider range of sizes. Nice shoes.
