I noted my experience with one of the companies who sell orthotic inserts, and will share it here.
I have heel spurs and plantar fascitis. I have had everything done short of surgery, injections, casted, evens the dr. made inserts did not help. As a last resort and advice of my son, I went to your store(one of only 3 in Arkansas), told them my history/ problems. Long story short, they did some things to help determine the shoe and insert to best fit my needs, and replaced my shoes with no cost to get me in the support I needed. I am moving again, without excruciating pain. Am so glad I listened to my kid, otherwise, I would have had the surgery. No other insert helped, even the expensive ones I bought on line. The combination of correct fitting, supporting shoe and I sent tbest for my problems made the difference. Thank you all so much. Awesome staff.

The store has a nice selection of comfortable shoes on display. Unfortunately, I picked out 3 pairs of shoes and they did not have my size in any of them. They said come back in a couple of weeks and they might get a shipment. I ended up getting them at another store. Also their hours are not good enough for working people. Only open 8-6 daily and Saturday. Closed Sunday.
