Absolutely LOVE this store!  I have a smaller shoe size and the employees are always willing to order and have them delivered to my house.  I recently purchased a pair of flowered boots, wore them once and the material frayed just a bit. I took them back and the lady at the registered apologized for the inconvenience and immediately ordered me a new pair. They have the best selection of shoes, sneakers, candles and boots.  Even their clearance selection is great at fantastic prices...highly recommend a visit!

Good selection, good prices and good coupons. It's pretty self-service in there, so if you want to be assisted in your shopping it might not be the best place for you, but if you prefer to be left alone while you bask in the glory of being in a room where you can try on like a thousand shoes (which I do prefer), its pretty alright.

Associate helping me was a kind woman. She helped me over 30 min. to find right boat shoe. My top choice was $30 range. 

Display shoe was last one in my size - it looked worn and used. I told her I’d pay full price for a brand new shoe, or purchase this used display shoe at a lower price.

She was polite and called a manager. He was angry and combative. He told me absolutely no, this was his last one, I could pay full price and he walked off - in less than 60 seconds.

The associate looked embarrassed and disappointed. I was embarrassed too. I went next door to Nordstrom Rack and spent $100 on a pair of Sperry’s. 

This happened about a year ago in the spring.

Cashier didn't know the difference between a coupon and the digital rewards card. The clearance rack was still quite pricey.
