At first the visit was fine, I was greeted by some lady that seemed very nice. Being that I was visiting on vacation, it is nice when you are treated good. My daughters, my husband and myself was in the clearance shoes, and my daughter's and I were trying on shoes. This woman, not the greeter, this woman was dreased like a prostitute or at least like she was going to a club, instead of being professional and being at work. She preceded to push her way in front of my daughter, not only that she done me the same way, as I was trying to look through the shoes she pushed them down the shelve away from me. This lady is the definition of rude. I don't know who trains the rack room employees in customer courtesy, but she must have missed the course. I don't know her name she wore a skin tight black and white dress, she had black hair. I had picked out several pair of sandals to buy after her little tantrum, my husband refused to spend any money in this store. What a shame that a grown woman has to be this immature.

LIKED THE SELECTION AND PRICES THE BEST. THE SALES STAFF WAS QUITE KNOWLEDGEABLE, FOR A FAMILY SHOE STORE, ALTHOUGH KNOWLEDGE ABOUT ATHLETIC SHOES WAS LESS THAN IN AN ATHLETIC SPECIALTY STORE. WE WERE GIVEN TIME TO LOOK AROUND WITHOUT BEING BOTHERED EVERY TWO MINUTES. PURCHASED A PAIR OF DRESS SHOES AND A PAIR OF TENNIS SHOES AND WERE IN AND OUT IN UNDER 15 MINUTES. WE KNEW WHAT WE WANTED AND NEEDED. OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

The staff knows nothing about the shoes they sell and, really, nothing about shoes in general. I was sold a pair of walking shoes that was represented to me as running shoes and a pair of stability shoes represented as, well, not stability shoes. If you don't already know a lot about athletic shoes do not waste your time and money here. Go to a true specialty store where the staff knows athletic shoes and can really help you find what you need and want. The people here do not know what they are talking about and will say anything to sell a shoe. Further, the staff trailed me around the store as if expecting me to shoplift, which I found extremely annoying, particularly since they are unable to help in selecting in a shoe.
