Reviews

Compared with other DSW stores, this location has a very low quality (lots of synthetic vs. leather) and low variety of selections. I know that the store is a lot smaller than most, but they could do a lot better in Mequon than this.

I was just in this store today and had a bad experience. I was clearly unfamiliar with the store and after wandering through someone finally stopped chatting and pointed me in the direction of the casual shoes. They were mostly ugly narrow shors and no one bothered to even look in my direction to help me. Never coming back, snooty and I guess my money is not good enough for them.

I have never shopped at DSW before so I was impressed by their quality, quantity & cleanliness. But what stood out over everything was their fantastic customer service!! I'll be back!

Went in to order Dark Brown ladies Birkenstocks and the sales person ordered the Mocha ones which is the ones I don't want. They didn't listen to my specific wants and needs and filed everything far too fast. When I went to return the shoes they were still quick and snappy with me telling me I can't buy those shoes at their store and even suggesting I couldn't get them anywhere else, which I know that not to be true. Will be ordering from somewhere else now. I would not recommend DSW in Mequon to anyone. Try Famous Footwear first.
