I have been filling my prescription at this Pharmacy Location for almost a year now with the exact same employees working. I recently had a really bad experience. They do not work with the customer regarding different options - their way or the highway. Their evidence or reasoning as to why they cannot accommodate a certain request is not professional nor factual - "idk it's in the law books somewhere out there!" & ask your Dr to resend your refill request in two different dosages and then we can fill it. Obviously didn't work and had to embarrassingly ask my Dr to send the refill request 3X! Last but not least they do not protect the customers information - They need a patient's printed itinerary for traveling even though the DOCTOR has commented the patient is traveling in the electronic refill request and I was willing to show them my traveling itinerary via Email on my phone. Not to mention the discussion of my issue might has well been on the Store's intercom. 
Resolution: Asked my Dr for a 4th refill request but to be sent to a different Pharmacy. Thank you CVS - you have officially gained a new customer!
