Good sales and great pharmacist on staff here. Other staff members are either really helpful or really angry at the world. Lines can get really long.

Clean and nice inside. But sometimes the service is So slow. To be fair though sometimes it's as much the customers fault as it is the checkout clerk.

Store needs more staff at Pharmacy - slow in answering phone and service - medications not prepared when promised.  Used to be a client of Battery Park Pharmacy for over 20 years because of the service but they closed.  If service does not improve at this Rite Aid with pharmacy they will loose those Battery Park clients.  I hope they listen to feedback - none of my neighbors have had good experience here.

Horrible customer service. They don’t pick up phone calls and if they pick up, have to hold on for a long time. Hope you are not really sick.

Either they need more people or improve phone system. I will ask my insurance firm to see if I can switch to Duane R.

Worst pharma!!!
