When I asked to take a passport picture of me, the guy called his co-worker, and was asking how to do it...  after that he just was holding camera,  trying to figure out how to use it. Ugh !

This pharmacy is just plain terrible!!!!! The pharmacist Jennifer takes forever to serve her customers, I have never had to wait for such a long time to receive my medication as I have waited in this pharmacy. I came to the counter, the pharmacy had no line but there was a woman who the pharmacist was talking to. She ignored me standing there and continued to talk for about another 5 minutes. Listening in on the conversation I could tell it was not pharmacy related. Finally she comes to me and asks my last name. My prescription was not filled yet so she told me to have a seat. Instead of going to fill my Prescription, she returned to the woman and continued to talk to her for another 15 - 20 minutes. My total wait time was about 35-40 minutes! And the pharmacy was empty the whole time I was there. The customer service here is just plain terrible!! Avoid at all costs!! Go to cvs across the street.

One of the smaller Duane Reade's around. Short staffed. Not a huge selection of products but they carry the regulars.

This is the most disgustingly bad-smelling pharmacy I've encountered, and among the worst-smelling businesses I've ever encountered!

Walked in. It was disgusting. Walked out. Didn't even want to buy a water bottle here.
