90% of the campground is occupied permanently by retirees and poor people, however the choice waterfront area is being renovated with electric hookups so on sites 26 thru 29 you get to wake up to a nice river view. The showers were newly renovated. All in all, not too bad and getting better.

IT IS AN AWESOME PLACE. Nice people. Nice water. Great for boating. Pool and playground.

Pretty nice campground for how cheap it is. Very relaxing and a lot of fun, huge blue crabs in the chester river. Bugs arnt to bad I haven't been bit by any mosquitos yet
