We recently purchased a home that has had a lot of plumbing problems - namely no hot water! Bill has been incredibly efficient and got us up and running in no time. He picks up the phone when you call, gets the work done, is very professional, and I found his rates to be very fair. He does great work. I've been very happy with all the work. I highly recommend his services and will be using Bill Dunphy and Dun-RIGHT Plumbing & Heating for any plumbing or heating issues in the future.

Bill did a great job replacing our steam boiler over Christmas break. He is very professional , punctual, and takes the time to make sure you have a good understanding of the process. He went the extra mile for us at every turn. Thank you again for your help.

We recently bought our home and werent sure who to call to look at our furnace. We took a chance based on reviews online and called Bill at Dun-RIGHT. He was absolutely fantastic to work with! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and a quick response in returning our call and came out to the house within 24 hours. Would highly recommend calling Bill!

Bill at Dun Right Plumbing did an excellent job replacing my hot water heater. Very neat and thorough job. When I called for an estimate he was very honest and knowledgeable about my options. Very fast response time and great communication. A part on my new water heater was broken from the factory and he went right out to get a replacement part for it instead of me having to return it to the store I bought it from. I will have him returning to my house in the near future to do more plumbing work.

Friday morning and our hot water heater died. Called Bill at Dun-RIGHT and he came over as soon as he could that morning. Courteous, polite, knowledgeable and skilled! Bill was great, he assessed the situation, –tried to see if the old water heater could be repaired–and when it was apparent it was beyond its years and repair was not possible, he gave me options on replacing it with something new. He did great work, cleaned up after himself and charged a very fair price. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Dun-RIGHT plumbing. In fact we want Bill to replace our ancient oil fired boiler with a new efficient gas boiler in the fall.
