Incompetent. Called to see if an item was in stock and was assured that it was. I got there and no dice. Somebody is a MORON! THANKS!

Been looking for this flashlight for three months the internet says they always have one in stock when i go to the store there is none .its a ryobi.  finally went there today after 3 months and bought a different one I don't like it but I guess I have to deal with it now i have to return the bulbs i bought off the internet from Amazon cause the store sold me the wrong bulb and melted my light it was a lcd bulb like not a regular flashlight i always shop at this store for me and my company ill still shop here but very disappointed and dont ask for help you will have to wait and just walk around the store with them i love home dedepot cant believe I was treated this way

I purchased a full kitchen and countertop with mounting included. The back splash that I ordered was not delivered. I have called 6 times now trying to come to a solution but now my calls to customer service go to voicemail and they do not return phone calls to customers. Horrible customer service I love the kitchen but would prefer taking my business elsewhere next time around.
