Terrible service. Got me and my 9 year old son haircuts here Saturday about 2.5 hours before they closed. Rushed through both. My sons hair was absolutely butchered. Had to go get it fixed at another hair cut place. You could tell that she didn’t care what so ever. Took about 20 minutes to cut both of our hair. Mine is so uneven it’s unreal. My bangs when I comb my hair forward start at about an inch and a half in length on one side and end at a half inch on the other side. She also charged me an adult price for my 9 year old son. I will never take my son or myself back here again.

This place was horrible 2 years ago! They completely butchered my daughter's hair. We only came for a trim, nothing exotic. Uniqwa was our stylist (rude). We eventually decided to give it another chance on 8-16-17. It was a wonderful experience from cut to finish. Karen , the stylist was super professional and sweet! I can't remember the name of the other stylist working, but she was a doll also. If you've been scared of this location before, don't be. These girls have really stepped up the Supercuts game. Thanks Ladies!

Best service I received in a long time. I highly recommend going to this Supercuts! The staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Alexandria Hobaugh did a fantastic job on my hair and I will definitely be going back.

Worst eyebrow experience I have ever had. The girl took a chunk out of the middle of my eyebrow and just told me the wax smeared. She had the mirror in her hand but never actually handed it to me to look. I pay and leave, as soon as I get back to work and look, I notice a HUGE part of my eyebrow is gone. I called and the manager of course won't be in until tomorrow afternon. Don't go here for waxing.

My son went back 4 times and still it is completely crooked, uneven, and choppy. He's going to have to shave or buzz and grow it out again. How can they hire people that are so incompetent in the one trade they are supposed to know?
