Hit or miss if you get good service. Always under staffed. Long waits due to staffing. Workers are friendly and do their best it seems

The only healthy thing on the menu is oatmeal, which they advertise on their menu inside.  I passed by my usual Dunkins because I knew this one was on my route... Of course they didn't have it, it was either the owner of the store or a district Manager there with some other gentleman who seemed not to care and asked me if I wanted my macchiato shaken.... (they're not supposed to be).  

The employees here need some professionalism it's all a joke to them.  Every time I come to this location none of them act professional, they're always fooling around or making fun of the customers in D/T

I do not give this place any starts at all.  They charged me for two donuts and gave me one muffin.  Big price difference when your on a budget.  This is after waiting at the speaker for a good  8 minutes, maybe more.  And they don't carry almond milk anymore and never offer me a substitute for that.  They are rude and do not pay attention to the customers at all.

On my campaign to visit and rate all 7 billion DD in New England, I have come across yet another DD that meets and exceeds all of my expectations, following suit of every other establishment I have experienced. This one was a brief stop and go, but it left such a great taste in my mouth, both literally and metaphorically. If their donuts were playing golf, they were on eagles, way beyond par. And their bathroom! You could quite literally consume their amazing donuts off the floor it was so clean. Believe me, I did, but by accident of course. Don't question why i was eating my donut while on the toilet. You don't know what I've been through.

Horrible Dunks... great location. 
Coffe is ALWAYS burnt. They rarely get my order correct, they're slow, rude, and completely unorganized. 
I stood in a 2-person line for 20 minutes while FIVE employees were gabbing about one employee's car, another was eating at the drive-thru, the others were running around and making fun of a customer in the drive thru. 
When I finally got to place my order I was told there was no cold brew. Great.  You could have put up a sign saying you were out. Anyway, I ordered an iced coffee. Easy. I waited and waited for my iced coffee until I asked if I could please just have my coffee. 
The next day at the drive thru, they were out of cold brew again. This time we had two different employees ask what we would like then told us to hold on. It's a joke. So disappointing especially given that it's such a convenient location.
