This one always too busy. Too many inexperienced kids climbing over each other to get your order wrong . wait 3 minutes hit the one down the road

Our coffees are always perfect. This is the only Dunkin Donuts that gets our order correct, and does so with smiles on their faces. It is a pleasure to come to 1001 central street each morning. I will continue to get my coffees here as long as Coco, Sammy, Amanda, Tea, and Tina are employees.

Whoever the Store Manager or Hiring Manager are, seems Like they Don't Care about How things Are Runned. They got KIDS would DONT want to Actually leave the GHETTO- NESS at their House and be PROFESSIONAL.. As I get the DAILY usual I get an ICED LATTE with WHIP CREAM, THREE sugars, whole milk and EXTRA of the FLAVORS I always choose. I also wanted to spice things Up and Get 2 donuts one Strawberry Frosted and the other is A Boston Crème. Along with a Small FRENCH VANILLA HOT coffee with EXTRA sugar LIGHT milk. I Went through drive through my order Wasn't read Back to me As Should've. When I asked to read back JUST to make it sure was CORRECT whoever was running that Position Gave me the Sassiest and RUDIEST attitude and said ""are you serious I said "___,___,,__” and once I corrected the Order I said you Didn't have iced put down for my Latte and just kept driving. Once I reached where I need to pay, I went for my card. The girl who was Running that position HELD my card and didn't even want to Give it Back.. I said "MY CARD definitely not leaving without it. " she wanted to mickic me and didn't hand me my card and Closed the window. I knocked On that window so hard it opened and I reached for it myself. Once I got my Food that I paid for, my iced Latte didn't have sugar in it or my small HOT French vanilla coffee didn't even taste like Vanilla.. My donuts were Smushed and I couldn't even Eat it cause their was a piece of Hair INSIDE the Boston crème hanging out. This is the WORST experience I ever Had gone through to a Fast food, let alone a DUNKIN DONUTS. I am definitely Calling a manager and setting a complain.

I've been coming to this Dunkin for years. The last 6 months have by far been the worst. They are always running out of items.
