As someone wrote, I would have given them no stars, except for the fact that if I don't, I cannot comment.  This last year has been a constant, and I mean constant with every order, screw up.  All I order each time is a small decaf with sugar only and 2 old fashion.  I get charged for it, yet I never get what I ordered.  Today just capped it giving me a muffin instead of 2 donuts.  Next time I will have to sit at the drive up window and check my order before I leave.

this place is the closest one to my house on my way to 394 in the morning, it ruins my day every day. i love D&D coffee, but the employees here suck and therefore the coffee they make here sucks.

If I could give no stars I would have!! Pretty much every time I've been there they can't keep the same people and the few people that are the same I don't even know how they've kept their job!!! And the orders are horrible, never consistent, half the cheese is off, top bun half way off, way to much sugar in the coffee, have had all these happen to me more than once and many more things too!!!

Convenient location. Friendly service. They accept the Smart Card sold by Lake Central students so we totally take advantage of the buy six donuts, get six free donuts promotion.

Usually good. Most times other dunkins give extra donuts if they're old or a bit stale but the workers here don't. Also one time I had a man check me out who spoke no English!!! Every question I asked he said yes and repeated what I said even if it was a total lie! Very aggravating
