This store recently changed management & some employees.  A couple of employees used to work for the old management (although I can only think of Jackie right now, who is still super friendly).  Most of the new employees aren't very pleasant or friendly!!!  I used to be a regular, & I didn't need my receipt to get 10% off.  (I was there at least once a day!!)  Now, they don't give you your receipt unless you ask for it.  HORRIBLE customer service & instead of going here, I go to Starbucks now.  (At least they know who pays their paychecks - the customers!!)  They treat their customers much better!!!

Wanted to order a dunckinccino with the almond joy flavors. Lady thru the intercom stated rudely “we don’t have that, it only come in hot chocolate” I decided to take that instead and once I tasted the hot chocolate, it was water downed. I was highly upset. I’ve gotten dunkinccinos from this place plenty of times and never had an issue with them adding whatever flavoring I ask for. Highly disappointed and money wasted.

Great service.  Very quick especiallt during morning rush.  Owner is great lady.  Had Halloween party for kids. Kids will never forget.  I will never forget. Thank you.

Donuts are always fresh and always had good service. Nicer then one located near Doggie Diner.

Very disappointed. Ordered a large sweet iced tea during the happy hour time and got to the window where the girl said the large is not part of the 99 cent deal only the medium. Rudely she asked did I still want it. Stupidly, I said yes. She would not give me a receipt. The tea is not a sweet ices tea but an unsweetned one. I am highly disappointed in your location.
