Given this place several tries. Tonight was the last straw. Mind you I never go here expecting good service anymore but it's something to do locally, but tonight I left visibly angry.

First of all, we asked the woman by the stand if they were seating. She said no, I said okay no problem we were a little early. Literally TEN seconds later as we're stepping away she announces they're seating. We kinda laughed and asked her if they were seating now and she said yes with an attitude. The bartender was the one who listened to us and explained super nicely that is has to do with their headsets and getting approval. Good guy, how hard is it for someone to explain that instead of letting something be visibly rude to customers?

Our waitress tried to take our order when we're never even given menus. We order an appetizer we requested out before our entrees. Appetizer arrived, 2 minutes  later my boyfriends entree arrived. Not my food. (This has happened to us twice before mind you but we just ignore it)

So my small pizza comes out finally after my boyfriend is already almost done.. it's a large. I asked my waitress and she looked annoyed. She just asked if I wanted her to take it away. I said no. It's fine I guess (who wants to wait another 20 minutes to get a slightly smaller pizza because the waitress took the wrong order? How does that make sense?) so I eat a few pieces and ask for a box. Get the bill, she charged us for the full large pizza even though it wasn't out fault. Then *still willing to tip at this point* she hands us back the wrong card. I flagged her down and told her it was my card. No apology, no words, she just snatched it and handed me my correct card. I get that you hate your job, but how do you expect people to pay for attitude like that?

I ALWAYS tip. I make a living off of tips. But I will not pay to feel like I'm annoying someone.

Awesome customer service, quick and hot delivery of food. Extensive menu with something  for every taste bud, mouth watering drinks 🍹 awesome themed names just as the delicious food choices like the Chevy burger 🍔 or Betty boop blue burger for example. Lots of appetizers and fun desserts. Seating is comfortable and theater was just the right temperature.

Love this theatre for the food. Cinemas are small comparer to others but it gives me this cozy feeling. The chairs could be better but then again you do go there to eat while watching a movie.

I went there last Sunday to see Black Panther. They had some sort of projector issues and weren't able to show any movies. It didn't stop them from selling us tickets in the first place. They eventually gave us refunds but were really disorganized and left us hanging without any information for the better part of an hour. Then they only had a single cashier processing refunds and didn't put up a sign or anything so people were still trying to buy tickets for a show that wouldn't be playing. And found it out after waiting in line. I put up a picture of all of us trying to simultaneously get refunds. Not going back.

I love this place.  The food is good and the prices are great compared to other dine in theaters.  They even offer a Military discount with valid I.D.
