Just came from this location, if I could fire this woman - I would!! Ordered black coffee with cream and sugar, along with a donut. I pay, and she gives me iced coffee. (Mistakes happen, that’s ok). I tell her, oh sorry, I ordered a regular coffee, not iced. She states to me that I said ‘iced’. I said, no, I said just regular, and we start a ping pong game of ‘no, I said regular’ and her saying ‘you said iced’. Along with these words, I had to put up with her irritated look. I then said that I want a refund, and she gave me the receipt and tells me to come back tomorrow for a refund - seriously! Her name is Sami - worst attitude EVER! People like this should not be allowed to work! Tried to post This with zero stars, but can’t; forced to give a star.

Earlier this year my friend ordered a drink from here and the milk was spoiled in school she had food posioning and threw up for an hour in the bathroom till a security gaurd came out and took her she told me she was laying on the floor till someone came thats horrible please check your food and dates before serving people disgusting.

Difficult DD location with poor customer service and too many problems. Consistently incorrect orders and beware of ordering "On the Go", they usually don't have what I ordered.

It's outside the Kimball Brown line el stop, and it is wheelchair accessible.

This location exerts zero customer service or common sense from their employees. I visited this location like I usually do to get a coffee. Upon standing by the window, I could see an employee moping the floor. I waited a minute or so and then proceeded to knock. The kid continued to mop the floor. After waiting a couple more minutes I saw there was a whiteboard laying flat on their counter that read "closed". Rather than inform me so I didn't waste their or my time, the kid chose to ignore me. I should also add that the time was 3pm... I worked at a number of different coffee shops over the course of four years, never would I allow one of my employees to act as ignorant. I wouldn't recommend tipping if you choose to visit this location.
