Reviews

The coffee and donuts are good but there is a definite language barrier at this location. I was attempting to use my phone to pay and also receive a free donut and was asking what the problem was and wasn't able to understand anyone. I really don't want to cause trouble for anyone but if the store accepts payment using phone and free donut using an emailed code someone should be able to explain why I was having trouble doing this.
And while I appreciate fast service I feel that  my problem should have been handled first rather than jumping to the next person.

Horrible customer service and they are very rude and disrespectful. Anyone who says they are friendly here is lying through their teeth.  Go to the one Route 38 if you are in the area. They are much nicer and the coffee and food is way better.

During all the years that I've been coming to this dunkin donuts,  I've never had an issue!  The staff is amazingly nice and so respectful!  Always fast service and they always make my mocha iced coffee the exact way I like it!  Thank you all for your service!

There are 4-5 Dunkin’ Donuts locations within a few miles of my home but I always choose this location. Ironically, their prices are always less than the other locations. As an example; if you buy six donuts from them the total is $4.99 however when you go to another location the cost is $5.99. Their prices are lower and my family and I believe their quality of food is always better then other locations in the area.
