Fast, super clean, very friendly staff. My teenage sons and their friends love this place and they always receive what they order. I have always been satisfied by the quality of the food and tea products and customer service here. Everyone can find something they like and our group always runs into someone we know at this location! It's just a great place to have coffee and a treat!

Untrained Staff, Disorganized, Can't make an Iced latte sums up my experiences at this store. I have tried this store over 10 times now and each time I am disappointed. The staff seem to not be effectively trained, if there is a manager he/she doesn't appear to ever be present. I order a very simple drink- a large Iced Latte and each time it is pure milk. I have so far as to pay for several extra shots and still my drink is milk. Lately the drive through in the mornings is so long I take my toddler inside and twice last week we had to leave without even being greeted due to waiting over 10 minutes to simply order. This is really unacceptable and I'm sure if the owner knew about these issues they would be corrected. This store needs better present management and well trained staff!

Been going there ever since they first opened up. Initially, they were exrtremely slow. They've gotten much better since. Their service is fast and the food tastes oh-so good! Love going to this location. If only they were open 24 hours

Not sure what's going on here. The cashier seemed utterly lost and confused. Their is multiple people there but yet no one seems to know what is going on. Employee smoking out front. I'd recommend driving elsewhere.

OMG I LOVE IT HERE. THEY ARE FOREVER KNOWN AS BAE ON MY PHONE. the customer service was amazing. all employees were super nice. definitely coming back soon!
