Drive thru worker forgot her smile, her words and her personality this morning.  No greeting, no 'thank you', no words at all. Didn't even confirm if she was handing me the right order, or ask if I wanted a receipt. She handed me a cup, reached for my payment and stared blankly at me. Finally, I said 'Is that it?".   She nodded yes.  I drove away shaking my head... At least my coffee order was correct. This is unusual for the Decatur location. Their workers are usually bubbly and talkative.

I do shop early, but the baristas are always kind and helpful. My midnight-mint mocha always comes out pretty. Things do slow down when there are more than 3 people in line, but it's a small shop. Gotta expect that.

Every time I come up here they make my drinks wrong! Basically like drinking milk with a splash of coffee. Train your damn employees! When I asked them to fix my drink they told me, "It's strong enough, honey." Assholes.

I've given this Starbucks multiple chances. Today there was one car in front of me. It still took ten minutes to get through the drive thru. Once I got through, the drink I ordered was not correct. I asked for it to be remade and caramel added on top. I was given attitude and a sub par product. Then, I unloaded my kids from the car to get myself a new drink and the staff were not even apologetic. I'm writing this as I'm waiting. I asked for the district managers information and was told to wait. It has now been more than five minutes and I have nothing. No phone number and no drink. 

This is literally the WORST Starbucks on a consistent basis. I absolutely despise coming here. I wish there was another one close by with a drive thru. This is ridiculous.
