Love this location. The staff is great, they are always either talking, smiling or laughing. The food/drinks always taste great no matter what! Love coming here!!!

I agree with another Local Guide. Some days they handle their business, other days they don't. This morning was a day they didn't handle business. Myself & 4 other cars were waiting in the drive-thru, I was the first one up at the speaker. I waited 8 minutes & nobody said anything so I pulled up to the window & could see 3 workers. Still nobody  said anything. So I pulled around, parked & went to the door where they all could see me. Still not a peep. Just pure ignoring. I'm still confused as to why they weren't open if they open at 6am. Customers were there waiting at 6:45am. A simple sign saying why they weren't open & when they would open would have sufficed.

The girls were so busy but made it a point to acknowledge every customer & get the drinks out super fast. The service was just phenomenal.

On this particular morning I went inside to grab a coffee and egg bites since the line outside is always long but I immediately regretted it. The coffee was great, however, I waited over 30 MINUTES for my egg bites. I kept asking and after the third time, I was told the machine was down or not working. Then, out of nowhere I finally got my egg bites and was about to leave so I didn’t even want them anymore and got a refund. No apologies or any sign of remorse that I sat in there waiting for so long. Will not return.

First, the tall brother with the dreadlocks was sweet and super friendly. But the counters were gross, there was Matcha Powder all over the work station, wet straw holder paper, sticky syrup. Yuck!!! I'm used to the Starbucks on Ponce. This was surprisingly gross!!
