If you ever buy extra large light & sweet coffee, don't ask for light&sweet because those employees have no clue how to make the coffee. I gave up ordering from them a year ago as have my friends. What's funny is I have never encountered this issue with any other DD in the state of CT.

Love their doughnuts, however their Coffee latte is too much milk that you feel it’s milk flavored coffee. New haven location is much better! We need a quality control in all branches .

I always go here because of the convenience of the drive thru but today i've decided i'm done with this Dunkin Donuts. They just cannot make a coffee right whatsoever. It's clear that they are in a rush because drinks aren't even mixed they're just thrown together as quickly as possible and taste terrible. Even when I give them directions they don't get it right. I asked for my caramel swirl coffee to be "on the sweeter side" and instead of giving me more swirl or making the coffee sweeter itself they put like a ton of unblended gritty sugar in a bitter coffee that tastes like dirty socks... I feel bad writing this because the staff have always been very nice it's just frustrating to see the obvious lack of care of quality. Hash browns are often burnt..
