If you go to the drive-through it's definitely fast food but if you want it really fresh go inside, there's usually more people waiting in line anyway, order inside and make sure you don't take the sandwich that's in sitting on the rack and you'll be all good

What can I possibly say about McDonald's that 95% of Americans don't know? They now have fresh beef that is never frozen.
