My first problem came when I walked my dog through the drive thru. Yes, I get it, DRIVE thru. But when I got to the window, I was told they would not serve me. That I would have to come in, but I was not allowed to bring my dog. Once I told them I was leaving, suddenly they were able to serve me. The attitude from the worker was unbelievable. I left, and told myself I would not be back. Unfortunately, I didn't stick to it. The second time, I went inside with a friend and they used their bare hands to make my sandwich, and my coffee was unreasonably hot. I work in a coffee shop, I understand hot coffee, but this was absurd. And I KNOW he should not have been touching my food the way he was, considering I did not see him wash his hands once. This place is disgusting, the workers have no regard for the customer experience, and I will not be returning.

It is usually quite here. Service is good and store is very clean.

Not too happy with this place. Went to order a french vanilla latte.  This is how the conversation went in the drive thru.

Guy: Dunkin Donuts
Me: Do you have anything with white chocolate?
Guy: No
Me: Okay, could I get a french vanilla iced latte?
Guy: Yes
(Then I sat at the menu outside for a good 2-3 minutes. The guy didnt give me my total, or tell me to pull forward or anything.)

So then I pull forward and he has my coffee in his hand. Here is the conversation.

Guy: Here.
Me: Thank you. (At this time I was handing him my card.)
Guy: (Handing me back my card) Card. (Then he just sort of slammed the window door.
