Really terrible location. Have been coming to this location on and off for a few years now and usually leave unsatisfied. Every time I feel like giving this store a second chance I'm disappointed lol. The staff does not care one bit about what they're doing and the drive thru is slow during slow times. Avoid.

I should have listened to the local talk that customer service at this location was terrible. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker at 12:00 on Saturday. Only one car ahead of me, GREAT, they are not busy I thought. I don't know how long the car had been there but she waited 5 -7 minutes in front of me. No cars ahead of her. When it was finally my turn, I was told to wait. For what? After 5 minutes of silence, they obviously forgot about me, so I began asking if there was anyone working drive - thru about every 1 -2 minutes. Silence. I went around and inside, surely there was a tour bus inside. Nope. I walked straight to the counter as the only customer inside, were I found 4 employees including a manager that completely ignored my question if the drive thru speaker was broken. I won't go back.

There were a couple cars in the drive thru but nothing crazy. I ordered and ended up waiting for 5 minutes before the car that was at the window before I even pulled into the line was taken care of, then the car after that was told to wait so the car just pulled away. The woman infront of me got to the window and had to wait another 5 minutes before getting just one coffee. When I got to the window, they had to ask what I ordered again and then I had to wait 5 minutes for them to make my coffee and finally pay and it tasted horrible! Horrible employees and horrible service!

Slowest Dunkin ever sat in a drive thru for 10 min just to get donuts. Please retrain your staff they are always fighting with each other.

90% of the time my order is wrong and I leave frustrated. Not worth your time.
