If I could give this place a negative star, I would. I just ate there tonight less than an hour ago, this is a restaurant I frequent a lot out of convenience because I live right around the corner but, after tonight, I will never go there again. I came through the drive thru around 10:00pm and I order just a double cheese burger meal with no mustard, the lady at the second window filled my Diet Coke up so fill that as she handed it to me, it split all over the side of my car. Then I get home, start eating the food and as soon as I bit into the cheeseburger, I bit into a long black hair. I almost instantly puked! I have never experience anything more than disgusting and nasty as that was. I've already wrote into the company. I want nothing from them, no refund or free future meals because I will never visit this location ever again. The company needs to better watch the employees to make sure they are up to proper health procedures like wearing hair nets and wearing gloves when handling food because the employees working tonight were not. They better get a handle on it before the health department does because that is completely unacceptable. I'm not usually one to complain, I've worked in the hospitality industry for the past 6 years and still do but, I've never in my life felt so disgusted. I wouldn't recommend even my worst enemy to eat here!

Nice place, but the wait time is way too long. Waited nearly 12 minutes for nuggets and watched others who ordered after me get their orders within minutes (A few were nuggets). Not at all good service.

Always has some kind of issue or problems. Drive thru Cash only this morning then we’re telling people to come inside...management and staff both suck. Orders are usually wrong, we keep hoping for a positive experience but I suppose that will never happen. This stuff happens at both McDonald’s in Titusville. Hard to get good help these days. To think the workers would like a raise... laughable at best!

Person taking my order was rude and made it obvious she didn't want to be there. Person bringing my food to my table slammed it down and walked away with absolutely no eye contact. Needed a large lid, walked up to counter same girl who took my order got it for me from drive-thru was talking to a co-worker not even looking at me while her hand was out. I took the lid and she walked away. All the times I've been coming here this was by far the worst experience
