Service is kinda meh. They always mess up the orders and it's just doughnuts! Coffee is despicable, but then again it's a chain store. They sell out of decent doughnuts fairly early (10am on a saturday) so go early. On the upside a pretty good selection of flavors

Customer service was great at first I was greeted when I came in the door. The cashier offered to help me and I placed my order. The facility was clean I had no concerns there. There was two employees on and a car came through the drive-thru apparently they had finished my food but nobody gave it to me or let me know it was ready I observed it on the counter and went to get it. There was absolutely no interaction they continue to talk to what appeared to be a friend in the Drive-Thru. If not for the poor customer service this location probably would have gotten 5 stars.

I work nearby (next door) and we give them a fair amount of business. They always have my on-the-go order ready as fast as they can, especially considering how busy they can be at high traffic times. I can order it from my office and it's usually ready by the time I walk the 100' to the pick up counter! They are hard workers especially the daytime/morning staff!

When you get somebody that actually knows what they're doing the coffees amazing but being a regular customer every day and some days your coffee is amazing and some days it's terrible makes me never want to go back there again. I think I'm going to go back to going to Starbucks this is ridiculous

I walked in around 9 this morning and cannot believe how fast my service was. Normally this would make me worry about the quality but my veggie egg white sandwich and frozen vanilla chai were great! I'll be sure to stop by this location more in the future!
