Recent renovations, updated aesthetic. Food is as advertised and expected. Service is quick; employees are usually efficient, except during the "Sunday rush." Parking is tricky because the drive-through line runs down the middle of the lot, so you often get stuck waiting for the line to move in order to back out. The demand for certain menu items does not match the supply, that is, they often run out of flavors and syrups, Coolata ingredients, and classically popular donuts like Boston Cream. Oh yeah, they have really great air-conditioning, too.

The server was rude to us telling us to "wait a minute" when he needed to look something up, as well as addressing the customers in an uncaring and unprofessional manner. Although the hazelnut frozen coffee was great, the donuts we received were carelessly tossed into a bag together and were very stale and poorly made. It was just an overall bad experience. Probably going to Krispy Kreme from now on.

Donuts seem stale or poor quality. Their coffee is not the best. I usually go through the drive thru and get ok service. I went inside last time and received some of the worst customer service I have ever had. The cashier appeared to be someone in leadership too, possibly owner or a relative. I seriously don't want to visit this place anymore but it seems like the only option with a drive thru in the area. I have been a faithful customer of DD's for a long time but when Walmart donuts taste better than Dunkin' Donuts something is wrong!
