Absolutely the best bakery in the Northeast, in every respect!! They don't make bakeries like this anymore. Lipkin's has a friendly, helpful, simply amazing staff!! They're pastries, cookies, and especially the cakes are absolutely amazing. The prices are more than reasonable, especially given the quality of their products. On top of it, they have great hours, for those of us whom have to work, and can't make it to the bakery by 5pm, when most close. Lipkin's is open until 6 most week days, except Friday when they stay open until 7!! Not to mention they're open on Sundays! Some of us like fresh doughnuts on Sundays, especially when they're the best doughnuts in the world!!!!! Thanks Lipkin's, and keep up the yummy!!!

Excellent baked goods love the knishes and bagels. The staff is friendly. The only drawback is very small area for customers gets hard to move in the store

Well, I must say that their pound cake is pretty darn good. Their customer service... not so much. I don't like going into a place of business and feeling like I'm a bother. I've been here twice, first time being 2 yrs ago. My wife ordered a specialized cake for my then 11 yr old son. When I went to pick it up, there was a bit of confusion about the tiers of the cake on my behalf so I asked them a question about the tiers(not knowing much about cakes). As I'm asking the young lady I hear from the back somewhere "THATS WHAT SHE ORDERED"(with an attitude). The young lady in a more mature manner de escalated the situation by calmly explaining to me what my wife ordered. I said thank you and walked out. Now... I came in a couple of days ago with a simple question. Do you make RED VELVET cake? The lady helping me was nice but as she turned to ask the lady next to her which I can only assume was the same lady from the first time due to her reaction. She quickly shut me down by saying "NO" Just like that. My kids wanted some things from there but I will not give this business my money. I also told my wife never to return here as she bought me a specialized cake just last month. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
