I love this bakery! I ordered a cake for my boyfriend's 30th birthday party  for this past weekend and the cake was a huge hit at the party! Kelly and the rest of the staff here at Oteri's Fairdale were so accommodating and nice! They took my picture and ideas for this cake and created a masterpiece! My boyfriend and all of our guests couldn't stop talking about how great it looked and even better, how amazing it tasted. I had to nearly fight to bring the rest of the cake (which wasn't much) back to our house but still had people stop by for more! I will absolutely order from this bakery any other time I need a cake or any type of treats. Thank you, Oteri's!!

Ordered a birthday cake here for myself, and it was delicious!  Very sweet and the price was acceptable.  I shared it with seven other people and all gave it a great review.  They also have eclairs which are extremely good, filled with custard like they should be and not cream.

To the owner—read this, it could save your business---
I went to Oteri’s today and enjoyed being ignored by two people who appear to love standing around and ignoring a customer.  At about 1pm today I went to the bakery.  There was only one person ahead of me who was being waited on.  The other two people just ignored me and refused to even say anything and not even nod that I was there.  The older woman was on the land line talking about non-business items like kids and family.  The younger blond headed girl was looking at chocolate lollypops like she saw them for the first time in her life.  To put this in perspective, I was no more than 5 feet from them as they were on the other side of the counter.  I looked straight at them for over 30 seconds and it had no effect as I was still ignored.  Two possibilities came to mind: I was invisible or I was dealing with people who didn’t care.  I left your establishment and spent my money at another place.  I will not come back as customer service appears not to be what you care about.  Good bye and good riddance and I hope you go out of business.  You lost me as a customer even before trying any of your creations.

I love this bakery every thing is tasty and delicious when ever I have a  special occasion Oteri's is the place we go !!! There cake are  amazing beautiful and delicious !
