This Belair location is FAR BETTER than the Edgewood store, which seems to hire only half competent employess and half numbskull teens. Which leaves your experience at a 50/50 gamble who you will be served by. The Belair DK/BR is really nice and has the option for anything from the BR menu via the drive thru as well so my daughter LOVES it, so we go out of our way for this location now. The only downside at the Belair location, is that the english spoken here is not always so great, but the customer service has not been an issue for the handful of times I've visited. So, it's a trade off to not have to call cooperate on some wacked out Edgewood branch kids, and instead maybe have to ask, "what was that again?" for your service.

So let me just start with I am at Dunkin donuts probably every day. I work full time and Dunkin coffees are my savior. I usually stop at the one on rt 40 in Edgewood. I was in the area by the festival and figured I'd give it a shot. Every time I try this particular Dunkin it seems to be the most awful coffee I've ever tasted. I asked for regular Caramel iced coffee- cream and sugar of course. I was handed a coffee with only cream. (Gross) I asked them to put more caramel in, and instead they put double shots of sugar in making it taste like an odd sugary butthole. I got upset and asked them to remake the entire coffee, and what do I get ? Dark roast coffee, extra cream and reg sugar. I was ready to throw the drink. I will never return to this Dunkin donuts and their incompetent staff. I will forever go to my favorite off of rt 40.

I visit this location all the time but probably won't be back. Today at about 3:15 I got to the drive thru and ordered my drinks. I ordered my drink and two frozen turtle duccinos....the man replied "what" so I repeated my order and he repeated "what" again. For the third time I repeated my order to which he responded for a third time "what." So for the fourth time I repeated my order than pulled up to the window. When I was given my drinks the two that were supposed to be frozen were hot and my other drink was also wrong that I ordered. I told the cashier and a few moments later i got the correct drinks but the guy who made the drinks decided to come to the window and say "NEXT TIME YOU NEED TO ORDER IT RIGHT." I responded with "I did, three times and I won't be back."
