I see many negative reviews and that really sucks. My experience with John today was exceptional. He is such a great guy and his service was exceptional. He really cared! God bless him!!! If you go here just ask for John...I promise he is the best!

They do NOT pick up the phone. I've called multiple times over MONTHS since I moved to the area and they have never picked it up for me. I Even went to the store once and watched one of the employees just let the phone ring and actually say that he is not picking up just because he doesnt like dealing with people over the phone.

All in all cannot stand the service otherwise everything else is fine. But if I go anywhere I have the hardest time getting Good service and it’s frustrating when I travel a lot for work.

***I NEVER COMPLAIN ABOUT A BUSINESS BUT I HAD NO CHOICE...IF I COULD GIVE ZERO 🌟 I WOULD...DO NOT TRUST SPRINT....THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO MAKE THEIR SELLS...SERVICE IS AWFUL...I HAD TO USE WIFI AT HOME AND WORK....CONSTANT DROPPED CALLS, IN AND OUT SERVICE, ONE OR TWO BARS SOMESTIMES NONE!  I CALLED ONCE A MONTH FOR 2 YRS.....PLEASE GO TO VERIZON - THEY HAVE UNLIMITED DATA NOW 7/2017...
