Stopped in to have a tire patched yesterday  was asked to come back at 2, left work went back was told tire wasn't able to be repaired with a patch... Was told I needed new tires... I thankfully was smart enough not to buy a tire, went elsewhere today was told the screw was barely through the tire itself and the honest gentleman I dealt with fixed it for $10.00... Will never step foot in their store again!! I will need tires soon but I will not buy them at your establishment... Will definitely go elsewhere...

Went to mr. tire to get a front end alignment, then I took it back to firestone to get new tires. Firestone told me the mr. tire did not do my alignment correctly and fixed it for me for no charge. Now mr. Tire will NOT refund me because firestone did not charge me to fix it. Wouldn't let anyone I know take there car here. 0 stars for them.

The front desk guy with the long beard was rude. There was another jerk at the back. The black guy with the locks at the back was nice.

Extremely fast, professional and informative. Helped me learn some specs for my car and was willing to take the time to explain why they suggested the synthetic blend oil. Looked at my fluid levels and rotated tires for free. Highly satisfied

The staff is very friendly,  but forgetful.   They billed us almost $500 for changing an emergency brake line cable.   I later found out that this job is actually simpler than we originally expected it to be.   Almost always seems like a better idea to repair things myself as this has proven to us.   They forgot to tighten the new bracket they installed as well so we had to wait another hour for them to finish.   No discount of course.
