Always have a pleasant experience here. Drive through is usually pretty quick unless you stop by early in the morning when it's really busy. But even then, I don't think it takes too long.

No one came to my family's assistance while we were standing there for at least 5 minutes. Three people were there and not one even came to our assistance at all. They looked at us, went around us, didn't even have the decency to say hello or anything. I spoke up and asked if we could get someone to get out our order, and no one said a word so I said a second time and still nothing. Great customer service... NOT!

We have given up going to Dunkin donuts. We called to complain weeks ago. The manager of that store was supposed to get ahold of us and never did. We got some very stale donuts. A whole dozen. Had people over and boy, were we embarrassed! Tried it again last night. Service was terrible. A sorry place when the manager won't even call you back on a complaint.

My wife and I were there 9/21 about 7:30pm. After standing about 10 minutes next to the ice cream which is why we were there, a lady told us to stand in line. We were the only people in line. Absolutely the rudest staff that I have encountered anywhere. Finally walked out with no intentions to return. A tip though, if you want anything there either be friends with staff or use the drive up window.

Everyone at this Dunkin Donuts is friendly, polite and very courteous. I have always experienced the best customer service.
