Overly sweet. Most of their products taste the same to me. Plenty of family owned baker's in the area I'd rather go to.

This is really a great Dunkin Donuts. I wish it were closer to N. Olmsted. It has this huge lounge area with couches, a fireplace mantle, leather seats and a ton of space for small meetings or study groups. Free Wi-Fi and lots of electrical outlets. Oh - plus the standard amazing coffee and bagels at a much better price than Panera or Starbucks .

It's just a regular Dunkin, but it's fast and has friendly workers. They also give out dog treats. Keeps me coming back!

Ordered 2 ice coffee's, coolata as well as donuts and sandwiches for my family of 4. Our ice coffee's where not servered as originally ordered. Asked for replacements, one was servered with the correct flavors. The 2nd was server without any other the requested sugar. Not to mention the fact that both coffee's were more water than cofee. After requesting sugar to be added the coffee was delivered with attitude, I am sure from frustration but this reaction is what caused me to write this post. I understand that having to redo something that you just did is very irritating, but we need to all treat each other with respect and kindness throughout every part of our days. It is also irritating to not get what you ordered and I was being cordial.
