The coffee was bitter and to strong carmel mach was to strong and bitter to ask for hot and got cold one my server never smiled once was just like a robot she looked tired and bored she was not polite and nice when I took cold coffee back said I ordered a hot one she didn't say sorry got your order wrong she just took it and made hot one and had to pay30Cents more for whip cream and she forgot to put it on had to ask again for them to put some on even after that still said nothing to me not even have a nice day or sorry your order was messed up the manager wasn't any better when I told her they forgot the whipped cream she had no smile not polite ethir told me they don't put whip cream on that one but I paid extra for it just all around not a good experience today that manager needs to talk to the staff about there manners and common curtacy her blank face and no personalaty is not what people expect when you go to order your food get different job if you are not a people person we want to greated with a smile thats what their getting paid for

Had to wait over half an hour for our food, and we were not the only one the place was full of people waiting!! Food was good when we got it but really 30+ minutes for a sausage biscuit and milkshake? This was McDonald's in Elyria, OH on East Broad Street and Abbe Rd.

The staff was very nice, the food was good, and the restaurant was clean. There is no playground, but they have a TV.

Terrible!!!!!! They didnt even make our food when it came up the manager had to yell back. Customer service sucks. This place is a terrible establishment. Parking cars left and right etc. You know you have a lunch rush why arent you prepared for it?!
