Coffee is great!! But customer service is horrible!!!! Their always mean and they always have attitudes. And they never put enough cream cheese on there bagels even when I ask for extra cream cheese and then they wanna charge me when I ask for even more cream cheese. When i first started going they use to put more than enough when was great. Get some new people and step up there game! Starbucks there always friendly and nice.

The donuts and bakery stuff is exactly what you'd expect. The croissant breakfast sandwiches are a great deal. The service at this location tends to be on the slow side. Interior is roomy.

OK. So a few months ago the dunkin in atascosita got a new manager. Since then, he has fired all the good workers. Let me explain. The last two that are always around are violating health codes. The cashier wears no gloves, and when we ordered our dozen donuts, he dropped the box and kicked it across the floor, and became very snappy. The other worker got our drinks wrong three times, and still got mine unsuccessfully. The manager, he's no better. He wears no gloves when making the food, holding sausage patties in the palm of his hand. He knows little English so he has to ask 3-4 times to get a single item. So, they are all knowingly violating the health department codes. Also, there was food an crumbs scattered everywhere on the floor, and the bathrooms had clearly not been cleaned the previous night. I'm annoyed with this manager, and if it doesn't improve, I am calling the health department and the corporate manager.

I love Duncan Donuts, but I have been trying this location since it opened. Every time the donuts tasted old. Just found out why! They never make the donuts fresh here. One of the workers told me they bring the donuts in from another location the day before. Mystery solved. The coffee is usually good though, otherwise this location "Not so good". Never heard of a donut shop not making their own donuts. Very disappointed.

At the drive thorough speaker they said they have cream cheese. At the window they said they did not. Not a lot of cream cheese delivered on the bagel. DDs in the northeast are far superior.
