If you want to order rapid pick-up don't bother, the last thing it is is rapid. I feel that I've given it a fair shot, having used it 6 times, but only twice did the order come correctly, and less frequently was it rapid. I'm currently standing around, 40 minutes after the rapid pick up time and it still isn't ready. This will be the last time I come to this Panera location--I'd rather drive out of the way to the kingwood location than deal with this. (UPDATE) The manager dealt with the situation and was both kind and fair. Though I still won't be ordering rapid pick-up.

Dirty store with clueless management and unrulley employees. Traditional Panera food with a penchant for annoyance and disgust. Employees are loud and disruptive. Management is clueless to the dirtiness of the store and management of goods.

This is depressing, and very dissapointing. Went to get fresh bagels this morning, stale. Baker's dozen. ALL stale. Brought them back, and the manager said, "...this one is soft..." I asked if the bagels were baked today (bagels are fried, and I know that the midwest has adopted the baked bagel, not the same FYI, but grown to accept) and she told me that the bagels are baked the night before... Well, why would someone go to a bakery to get fresh baked goods that were baked the night before? Not me. Hell the Lender's bagels in the sleeves at the grocery store are probably baked 5 days ago, but they are still soft. I will be driving out of my way to get Einstein's from now on. No more Panera, unless they change their M.O., modus of operandi. Fresh, is baked the morning of.. If Panera's cannot find qualified people to work the hours needed, then pay more. I would pay more for the goods, if they were guaranteed fresh. I won't spend a dime on garbage.

As soon as i walked in the manager Ryan is her name threatend to kick me out of the establishment because of my twin brother who came in last time and got a free drink. She said I’ll kick you out and i was confused for what reason i don’t belive she needs to be a manager at this establishment. It was very unprofessional especially coming from a manager.

Really good food, fresh baked bread, cookies & muffins. Great sandwiches and the soups are fresh made, not from a container.
