Low staff long waits poor employees gotta handle a whole crowd for hours at a time. They need a raise honestly. I guess management don’t care smh. I would’ve given it three stars but the employees were so nice I had to give them five.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
This Dunkin is horrible. I went there before SeaWorld this morning and did an order ahead order. When we got there my husband waited inside for 10 min before the employees helped him. They didn’t have some of the items in our order so they told him that they would not substitute for them because there was a price difference. Although they were completely fine with us paying for items in our order that we didn’t receive, including a $6 drink. They told us to call for a refund instead of just helping to find a solution at the store. Not to mention the employees were completely rude the entire time. Tammy was one of the employees names who was completely rude and unhelpful while another employee stood there eating munchkin donuts while working.
It's a pretty chill gas station and a Dunkin' Donuts right across from the Home Depot right before the 95 it's a great last stop to grab a couple things before you get on the road heading north or south. The manager is this really nice lady name Megan and her coworker are always super nice even when people are disrespectful to them. There's Lottery there you can get blunts or wraps beer and some donuts or breakfast if you want to pick some up for the people that work and if you're in need of ice they have that too.
Went at 8:30 AM the employees were very kind and attentive. Best coffee I ever had and the hashbrowns were made with care for once. Best dunkin in Florida.
That was a great place until LASHONDA showed up..she. ant manage the crew properly also yells at customers..and does like to fill up your drink..she tells them up with ice first. Smh..very poor management ..i was juan would take over..hes great.he works for the customers to have wat they need and tries his best to do it in a timely fashion..i just go a ross the street now because LASHONDA doesn't have wat it take to manage that place and she doesn't care. About customer service..good luck with her...dianna was better!!!!!!!...
Very horrible management the manager yells at the staff. The kids work hard trying to get orders out but the manager Lashonda makes it clear she’s the manager and she doesn’t care. Like she said “if you don’t like it go somewhere else “ just poor attitude and service
I did ask for less ice but they only put 3 or 4 ice cubes in my drink. Forgot my sausage wrap and gave me the wrong kind of cheese I asked for on the wrap
Sigh... Starbucks would never do me like this. And when I pointed it to the barista she turned and said to her coworkers, "guys fill the drinks all the way they're complaining" and offered me nothing.
The drive-through workers are very polite. Food didn’t take so long.
Only reason it’s 4 stars and not 1 is because of the one true hero of this place Juan . I understand that the team is busy working the front counter and the drive window, having worked in the food industry i understand it’s a thankless and difficult job. That being said I waited 35 minutes for a box of Joe six donuts and an iced tea and the only one that was working the front was Juan. He at one point even asked for help because he was getting overwhelmed and I heard one of the girls say basically it’s not my job. There were about five people working in the back laughing it up and joking around with almost nothing to do and poor Juan is working on the front by himself without a complaint and still with a nice attitude. This man obviously deserves a raise and if that place actually has a manager he or she needs to recognize the talent and trim the fat. Juan if you ever read this thank you again for doing what you do I hope that they take care of you or that you find something better where your hard work is recognized and rewarded.
