Went here on 12/10 at exactly 10:21:33 AM . Ordered a caramel iced coffee and a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel AND quite a few other things . However the whole order was correct BUT the iced coffee which I corrected as they pased it through the window , and soon as I got home realized that they gave me an everything bagel AND it was burnt to a crisp . NOT TO MENTION when we corrected the gentleman at the window about the coffee being iced and not hot , he took a deep breath and turned around to tell his fellow employees that they need to READ THE RECEIPTS CORRECTLY and not make these kinds of mistakes ... I have called the location over 5 times and noone ever picks up . Literally will never spend money here again .
Went with an order for 6 people and they got it right. There was a new cashier working but a supervisor came over to make sure the order was done correctly. Everyone's sandwiches and drinks came out correct. The complete order and correct! Well done team! Parking: Plenty of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out with multiple exits.
Horrible Coffee! I use to use this Dunkin all the time until one opened closer to my home. I use this one on occasion and every time I have used it the coffee has been HORRIBLE! I always order the same thing, a large caramel iced coffee, light and sweet. I went through the drive through and got the coffee and a sweet tea on my way back to work. The iced coffee was no where near light or sweet and when I took a sip, it tasted like burnt coffee! Do better!
The coffee and bagels here are excellent. This is my favorite Dunkin' to eat at in this areaFood: 5/5
I do not trust most drive-thrus. If you have seen Joe Peshi in Leathal Weapon 2, you know what I mean. This is true for this Dunkin-Donuts. I walked into the store, and it was empty. I stood at the register for over 2 minutes, while little worker bees made drinks and food orders for the drive thru customers. Twice, 2 different employees made eye contact with me, but said nothing. If one of them would have said "Hi, be right with you" or "be with you in a minute" that would have avoided the last 4 sentences I just typed. Anyway, once someone came to take my order, 5 minutes after I entered the store. From then on, my experience was uneventful. I got my donuts & coffee, and left. You want feedback? 2 words: Customer Service! That is what is missing in for the last few years. Not just for DD, but most customer facing retail employees.
The female employees at this location are fantastic and friendly unfortunately the male employees are always grumpy and unwelcoming. The coffee's good but the donuts are awful. I ordered a double chocolate donut today and it tasted like somebody made it inside their dirty sneaker! Drive-thrus very slow, always! If you go inside the dining area is nasty as are the countertops. If it wasn't for the convenient location and decent lattes I wouldn't go near this place.
Got the food and order right and just perfect. Friendly staff. This is this best over other dunkins in the area. Parking: Open space Dietary restrictions: Vegan options and dairy free options such as oatmilk, coconut milk, almond milk for 50cents more.

I went to this location 6/15/22 around 9 am and I was so impressed with the level of customer service I received through the drive thru. I was asked how my day was, my order was checked right in front of me and the lady that made my delicious drink saw me take a sip and asked if I loved it and of course I did. What a GREAT way to start the day
Top notch always on point with my orders GABRIELA MAKES THE BEST COFFEE IN THE STORE TASTE WONDERFUL N EVEN LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURES GREAT JOB every coffee great I just noticed hers seem have tht touch tht just makes your coffee feel nice n special
