The ordering process was rushed.  Then the girl handed me the wrong item- didn’t tell me she rung me up for the incorrect order and I thought she had charged my card twice. I thought they just made the wrong coffee.  She called a manager over she handed me a receipt AND STILL DID NOT TELL ME WHAT WAS GOING ON and I told her don’t worry about the coffee and she said okay have a nice day and then caught an attitude when I asked her about my bagel.  Miscommunication does not work in a drive thru if the girl would have said she rung me up wrong OR ANYTHING AT ALL besides handing stuff out the window and not even saying good morning back, it would have been a better experience.

Fake advertisement !!!!!!! Does not look like Halloween donuts at all would they show on the billboard !!!!!!  Better yet they charged me $23 for these No Halloween  design at all.

I added bacon to my bagel and it completely confused them. One of them employees had curly red hair all over the place. Why couldn't he have a hairnet on? It was so inappropriate and unsanitary? The bread on my girlfriend's sourdough breakfast sandwich wasn't even toasted. My bagel wasn't toasted. Really? I'm just amazed at the level of incompetence in businesses these days. If I weren't a manager in a customer service oriented sales field I wouldn't believe it myself. Yes, I'm hiding behind my girlfriend's login.  This country is in dire strait's.

My order was wrong and I couldn't drink it. I needed coconut milk in hot chocolate. They gave me coffee. We had more than one drink, there were multiple employees there, and it took forever. There was no one in the drive thru but us, and no customers in the store. The drinks took forever, both were wrong, and they were not even hot. I was disappointed. We left and went to wawa, threw out our drinks from dunkin and got our right orders of hot chocolate from wawa. Will definitely be going there now.

Great friendly service picking up a large mobile order and the staff was kind enough to help me carry out to my car.

Employees argued about my order until I pointed out sticker showing correct order on bag. Returned to store for refund, short-changed on refund. Quit trying to save the last 4 XL hot coffee cups for employees and worry about the orders in front of you. I will drive an extra 5 minutes to not return to this disaster - store cuts corners to save money at customer experience's expense. Regular drink lids don't exist here, guaranteed to spill. Light ice to these ppl means no ice. Random items ALWAYS out of stock.

So happy I STOPPED in, found everything healthy that did not void my efforts in continuing my weight loss. The avacoda toast was on point so was the freshly brewed decaf coffee on my afternoon stop. Service was outstanding.  Wheelchair accessibility: It was easy to get in and spacy at the table  Dietary restrictions: Excellent menu options for diabetics, even had a variety of sweeteners other than sugar a plus for me. I was impressed by the were knowledgable accommodations for diabetics. The sandwich wasn&#39;t skimpy with ingredients either. I will definitely eat there again.

This location needs to get it together. No one in the store, one person in the drive thru. I ordered and paid for 25 Munchkins and got 17. I walked inside and four employees walked past me as I am standing there waiting for some sort of acknowledgment. Finally when I was helped, I got attitude.. money is tight and if I wanted 17 munchkins that’s what I would’ve ordered and paid for. Wonder how many more times they’ve ripped me off …. And who knows if the owner read these reviews so the service will never change.

I love their Coffee, they gave me free coffee on the house today. I guess a early Christmas Gift
