Much better than the last time I went in. I used to be a regular at this site prior to COVID-19. I stopped going once they put in their automated ordering system because the cashiers at that time, were rude and obnoxious and refused to take care of customers. They depended solely on those machines which made everything very cold and institutionalized. I returned to pick up something for a friend of mine, as a request from them and found things changed. Much better! I've been back twice since then and I'm very pleased to find the warmth and friendliness I once knew. Thank you for changing things up again.

Fast service! Amazingly soft great fresh donuts!!

This was the best visit ever! Chasatie, was fast and efficient also very very great attitude and friendly she made the best coffee I ever had this location. I will be back again and I would recommend her to make my coffee she needs a raise immediately!!!

Worst staff EVER RUDE, they act as if you owe them something,  coffee never made you asked for, never have a good donut selection, went in for a box of Joe they had no boxes!!!! I work in a large office and my co workers that go there also have had the same experience.  You lost alot of good paying customersFood: 1/5

I’d give 0 stars but I can’t. There is one very nice girl that works here but she is so slow it is painful. I go to Dunkin once or twice a day. EVERY single time I get the same thing and every time the price is completely different. It’s ridiculous. Doesn’t matter the location, it’s always a different price. Isn’t there some kind of standard? Today was the last straw. I went through the drive through which took 5 minutes for them to acknowledge I was there. They took my order and I went to the window to pay. My small iced coffee was $5.06!!!! The woman charged me for 7 caramel swirls. I asked for 4 caramel, and 3 toasted almond. The receipt read 7 caramel swirl but no mention of the toasted almond shots. She was trying to be a bit*h because she also didn’t put a label on the side of the cup too. They’ve never charged me for the flavor shots so that’s why I know she was trying to be rude. She was clearly in a foul mood and should not be working a customer service job. The worst part of it all was that I didn’t even get what I ordered! She gave me pumpkin swirls!!!! Pumpkin is disgusting and I would never order it. I had to throw this iced coffee away and I ended up going to Starbucks. It’s truly unfortunate because back home in Boston, Dunkin is where it’s at. I went there all growing up and it was always consistent. This is the last time I’ll be visiting Dunkin in Florida. I’d rather pay less and get a Starbucks iced coffee which is better quality and far superior customer service.

This Dunkin is awful I've had coffee tossed on me in my car by staff who don't know how to use cup carriers, they constantly argue in front of guests and recently when my drink was wrong, the manager acted like it was my fault and blew her breath. For somewhat of a young crowd, they all act tired and grouchy.

I never go but I had a car in service at Big Chief Tire so I walked around until I landed at Dunkin. The lady at the counter was super nice. I ordered a sandwich that came on a croissant but she said I could get it on a bagel! It was delicious and so were the hash rounds and the iced latte!

Went in yesterday with visitors from New Zealand. One table available for customers!   The staff were having a meeting and were complaining about each other and sorting out their staffing issues. There is a room off to the side for that purpose.  Not right  for the customers to listen to them complain about their treatment of  each other.  Very very unprofessional.  Will never go back and that has always been a nice Dunkin and where my children worked so has always has been a special Dunkin.

Coffe was great! Donuts fresh and employees was so sweet and helpful. Haven't been to Dunkin in years.  I enjoyed this experience. Thank u Dunkin!

Dropped from 4 stars. Dunkin has gone down hill in this area. 6 dollar coffee that isn't right? I'll pass. I even asked you to fix it before I left, was met with condescension and a shocked look on your face when I asked for a refund. If you can't do it right, I'm not paying for it.
