Trash was thrown into my vehicle by an employee. Because they said it was mine. an empty coffee cup, I do not drink coffee what so ever Unacceptable. I then try to go through the drive through to buy lunch for an elderly handicapped woman sitting in the plaza where I work, and as requested asked if they would seal the bag please. I was informed they would not, and that even though it is regular protocol for them to offer this service when it is a door dash order, the manager simply said no without explanation. Smh. Idiots.
Came here for dinner. Ordered 8 cheeseburgers and two large ff. Got home and realized they forgot half of my order. Had to drive all the way back to correct. Wasted time wasted gas and now all my food is cold. Asked for fresh ff and the manager had the audacity to refuse, not only the fresh ff but to even come to the window to speak to me about the issue. She even refused to give me her name! This is the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had and that's saying a lot. Now that I'm writing the reviews I see that this place has about 3 stars and I see why. Buyer beware with this establishment. Trust me it'll be better to drive on the the next McDonald's unless you want forgotten items and horrible customer service. I would give 0 out negative stars if I could. Everything cold by the time I got home. Ended up throwing everything away.
No one here??? Don't put 24hrs if yall just going to make your own hours of service. What a disgrace of a resturant this has become..Food: 1/5
Went thru the drive-thru. Sat at the intercom for almost 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was there and watched as they took orders from the other lane even though I was there 1st. McDonald's use to be the friendliest restaurant around. Not anymore you don't get greeted at the drive-thru intercom and you definitely don't getted greeted when you walk inside.
Completely Frustrated due to the fact I got charged 24 dollars for two meals that came with only one drink And I went back n forth with a young lady who claim she was the manager Arguing with me back n forth about a drink that didn’t come with my cheeseburger meal and was trying to charge me extra I asked her what was there middle since she blamed it on the computer system Soo I asked her what was the middle She tells me that I had to buy an audition drink for a order that shoulda already came with my meal For the record Incase u desire to read this…. I said NO SALT ON THE FRIES AND THEY SALTY AS ALL GET OUT I WILL NOT BE BACK AT THAT LOCATION EVER AGAIN! Thanx for loosing a good client TRUST U HAVE NO IDEA WHO U JUST PLAYED WITH BUT U WILL SEE MAM SO KEEP YOUR CUP YOUR ICE AND THEM DRAWED ON EYEBROWS #stillnodrink
I normally go through the drive-thru window about three times a week. They are always fast, polite, and the food is good.Food: 5/5
I never ate because the girl and the manager were so rude and nasty.I was using my reward code however the code that the app was providing wasn't working for the employee so they asked that I refresh my browser so I did it gave me the same code,so I then drove from the menu board to the window to show them.The teenage girl then yelled at me about not knowing how to fix the issue so I asked for someone who could she got a manager and the manager also yelled and acted as if I was the problem and yelled at me also.At this point I didn't want anything from this nasty a@@ place and didn't want to argue because I'm just leaving my nephews funeral .I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my 46 years of life.I really was there because my girlfriend wanted it.Everyone I know I'm telling about this experience. No its not going to help make there customer service better but it will make me feel better
The drive thru attendant forgot two whole happy meals from our 32$ order!! I had to drive back and they were about to throw it away. They gave us newly made happy meals but nothing else. By the way, the rain was horrible outside and I had to drive back. Terrible!!
OMG! I’m giving McDonald’s a 5 star review?!?! What is happening? Not too fond of McDonald’s but the kids like it. Didn’t feel like cooking so went to the drive thru. Ordered 2- 10 pc. McNugget meals and a Quarter Pounder w/Cheese meal no pickles. They had about 4 cars in line ahead of me. Not only was it quick, the order was right, hot and fresh AND THE SHAKE MACHINE WAS WORKING!!! Unreal! The girls at the drive thru were smiling and friendly! McDonald’s definitely McRocked it!
They spend all that money to renovate the building and the property and never change to drive-through signs to say not open 24 hours. Even their website says 24 hours. how about turning off to Golden Arches and turning off your parking lot lights instead of making it seem like you’re open at 5:30 in the morning…
