I live no less than a 100 feet from this location and I have lived there for about 4 years now and when I tell you every single time I come to this location it’s just absolute trash The workers always seem nice . But move at the pace of molasses I left my house at 10:28 to get a coffee and with only 2 vehicles in front of me it’s now 10:48 am and I am now leaving . INCREDIBLE HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS . And look at this 10 minutes for a heated up item !!!!! Insane HORRIBLE DO NOT COME HERE

I have been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts at least three times a week for the last six years. Today’s experience was the worst, the cashier at the drive-through was very rude she was very nasty. She told me that unfortunately she does not read peoples mind. By mistake she gave my coffee to the car in front of me, he took off then came back and returned it because he got the wrong coffee so I kindly asked her to make me a new one she took it to the back and gave me the same coffee. Her name is Yolanda employee # 98926 at store number 349618. I will never go back there again. My advise is for everyone not to go to this store.

Horrible place, I’ve been there few times and the last time i was there the girl taking my order was so rude, i don’t know why I decided to give them another shot and i just went there, their front door/dining area i still locked since the pandemic started and they only work drive thru, the front door is never open like any other DD I’ve been in town, ridiculous to start with but again i went and when i started what it was going to be a large order, i ordered a 12 donuts, i asked for 6 boston cream and the girl stopped me right there and she said we can only give you assorted through the drive thru, i said but the front door is locked therefore forcing me to come through here and she said, yeah I’m sorry, i said are u serious? She again said yeah, I’m sorry one more time, i drove off and called the store to speak to the manager, i called twice with no response, after few rings said, leave a message, as i was driving off there was a gentleman sitting on the floor of the drive thru waiting for his food, maybe he didn’t have a car, he looked at me and said, last time i come to this place. So sad the managers can’t do anything about this.

I asked for a hot coffee with cream and sugar. They gave me a slightly warm coffee with no sugar. When I told them the coffee was cold , they put in a microwave and added more sugar to it. Horrible, this happens today, 01/24/22 at 4:50 pm Three girls pretending to be working

If I could give no stars, I WOULD ! This location is HORRIBLE ! Their customer service is HORRIBLE ! I ordered with this location a few time for my office and every single time I order from them I ALWAYS have to be refunded because they NEVER MAKE THE ORDERS CORRECT ! Today I went into the store to ask for a remake on my meal . First they forgot to put my muffin in the bag with the rest of my food order. My coffee wasn’t made properly . I asked to speak with the manager and I explained the issue I was having and she gives me attitude . She treated me Terribly , as if I was lieing about my order. Also , other employees in the back was trash talking me as if I couldn’t hear as well as the manager . Mind you , I presented the receipt and coffee and I also mention my food was cold and she didn’t  want to remake my order nor did she care . This will be the last time I ever order with this location . Idk the managers name but it’s an older Hispanic lady , and she needs to be replaced . This location is SO UNPROFESSIONAL…. If you live in this area , I would NEVER recommend…

Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I had to say “hello?” 3 times at the drive thru before someone finally responded. Just day “hi one moment please,” if you’re busy…Ordered a medium hot coffee with 1 cream 1 Splenda, they gave me 1/2 decaf black coffee with Splenda. Ordered a small oat milk hot latte, they used regular milk. Maybe if the girl wasn’t listening to music on her airpod in one ear and taking orders in the other she would have actually heard what I asked for. I’ve never waited at any Dunkin for that long in my life. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

Went there today March 6th at 11 AM and there was no employee working yet the lights were on and there was a long line of people in the drive through because of that. Also the doors were locked and you couldn't do mobile order. Emergencies happen but there's no reasons to have the lights on or a note saying we will be back would have been suffice.

Service was good but the food was just okay and the facility itself was an absolute mess. I was waiting around there and did work for 2 hours on my laptop and no tables were cleaned at all. To add to that, they and the benches were filthy on entry and I arrived at 9am. You can see from photos what I'm describing. Bathroom had no soap as well.

Had a great experience. Good coffee. Saw a lady yelling at what I’m assuming it was the manager she had great de-escalation techniques feel bad that she got yelled at also the cashier was super nice and food and drinks came out in under 4 minutes. Love this Dunkin’ go to for my ice coffee daily!

Checked their website. Said closes at 8; drive-up at 7. Pulled up to the drive-up at 6:05. Neon window sign said “OPEN”. Waited 8 minutes. Drove around to the window. Girl was counting cash, and mouthed “closed”. I motioned to open the window, and told her about the website hours and the OPEN sign. She pointed to a small sign that said they close at 5 on Sundays. Great customer service!
