Doing a quick morning exercise and ran to this Starbucks rather than drive to burn off the extra calories.   Since I only live a few miles away it's a perfect half way point.   The staff was courteous and the order was done in no time.   We took a quick break and then got back to the workout.  Nice spot; it's quiet, chill and roomy as are all Starbucks.

The baristas at this location are friendly and efficient. This is a very popular spot, the location is easy to get to, right on the corner of SW 87 Avenue and 72 Street, but the main issue with this location is the limited parking.  My go-to drink is a Frappuccino, so refreshing and delicious on a hot day. I’ve tried most of them.  Thank you Starbucks for making my day so much more pleasant and refreshing!   080224  Parking: The parking can be challenging depending on the time of day.

Just got a drink here, the service was good but I order a venti and got a grande instead. Poor guy that was making the drinks doesnt have enough time to look at the order. You guys need to hire more people. Coming from customer service myself you guys need to hire someone for rush hours. Your making one person do the cash register and make the drinks. To top that off there was a rude lady demanding oat milk instead of regular milk. You guys really need to hire some people.

Needed a Java chip fix the barista was so nice, and he made it so good. The only thing is the app says drive thru available, but there's no drive thru. But happy with my orderFood: 5/5

ALWAYS pleasant. Even when those waiting around have no patience, this staff keeps a smile on their face and their composure. No matter how rude those around me are, the staff makes me feel like I didn't just hear someone tell them off unnecessarily. Thank you for your kindness, team! Food: 5/5

Super appreciative of the staff here who kindly remade my order at no cost after 3 mess ups at the location on 117. I didn't even ask for it to be free but they offered to rectify the mistake . They always make my drink correct and they are always kind . I will change my go to location to this SB instead.Food: 5/5

While at this Starbucks enjoying my coffee, I witnessed an altercation between an unreasonable customer and Starbucks staff. The customer was yelling and throwing items. In spite of this, the staff responded with professionalism, calling police and getting a handle. Kudos to the staff for a great response to a tough situation!

I was at this Starbucks the other day around 3:00 - 4:00. I guess it's a mad rush hour for them. I waited 45 minutes for an order that I had placed prior to arriving there. It wasn't the barista. He was awesome. He was killing himself trying to get the drinks out as fast as he could, but there were so many people, and between that and the digital orders coming in like mine, by the time he finished making one drink, he had three more. At no point did he lose his cool or get flustered, but I sure was. I had a meeting I was supposed to get to, and I pre-ordered with plenty of time thinking if it's busy, I might have to wait a few minutes, tops. I did not imagine waiting 45 minutes. Starbucks should really have more than three people there one person manning the register, one person making the drinks, and one person handling the food orders at hours where there are such huge rushes. It was impossible for them to keep up.

Buy a venti get a grande with double whipped cream that was never asked for.  I wanted a coffee beverage not a whipped cream drink.  Very disappointed.  Would not recommend location.Service: 1/5
