Great SB and staff! Always have mobile orders ready and service is quick. Wish it was easier to get in and out of and would be great if they had a drive thru but other than that this is my favorite neighborhood location

While there were five people behind the register it took about 6 minutes to get anyone's attention. As I was leaving a person who appeared to be a customer asked me if he could borrow money. Just a very awkward atmosphere at the store

I placed my mobile order I came inside to get my order...EVERY single person in line even people who came in the store after me received their order before I did. I asked about my order and was told of its next in line...I also over heard a man double check if the drink on the counter belonged to him and was told if it said your name it was. I didn't catch a name the Barista was tall wearing a brown hat, and slim. This was at 330 pm on 1/25/23  verify who was there to please provide coaching because that was so distasteful.

Very rude customer service by Manager "Val" pictured below. Denied me service twice when I was 1st in line. On the third try,  he burst into rude talk refusing to take my order. This person should not be in Customer Service...

A good clean Starbucks, conveniently located by busy US1. I deducted a star for being a noisy location due to US1. Plus there is no drive-through. The inside dining is nice. Seating is a bit limited. UM students frequent here to use the wifi.

I drank very bitter caramel macchiato for the first time. I think they forgot to add caramel.

You should update the Hours of operation and train your staff how to be nice again, is it me or even Starbucks staff is losing the basic of customer service? I used to pay this overloaded coffee with pleasure but now you have to think about it twice because they don’t treat you the same anymore.

The drink tasted horrible. I asked for extra caramel drizzle and didn't provide it in the drink. The baristas needs to be trained on the bar properly. I find this unacceptable.

The whole purpose of the mobile app/order was to expedite the wait time. I dont understand having to wait 30mins for a mobile order?
