The donuts are ultra fresh, at this location. The service is decent. I've never had an issue. The seating area isn't that tidy. It probably could be less chairs and tables since it's a smaller location. And who idea was it to put chairs next to the bathroom? And, speaking on the bathroom, does that ever get cleaned? It is horrific!
They more times than not get my order wrong in the drive thru then I have to go in to get it corrected. I go back because its the only dd drive thru in the area but enough is enough. Won't be going back to this location.
You have changed too much for me. Coffee is not as good as it once was. Donuts are baked the night before so they aren't fresh. Prices are too high.
Busy than a mug...line onto Joppa for drive thru. Best to park and go inside. Great service though!
They made me come back twice to correct my order. I have a dairy allergy and asked for no cheese on my sandwich and there was cheese. This happens every time I go here. If you can’t eat cheese don’t come here they don’t care . The manager was rude and didn’t give me sympathy for wasting my time or a refund. She blamed my missing items from my order on me and was unprofessional.
I’ve visited this location many times, today the line was onto the street but it was moving fast. To be expected in the morning time. This visit was so disappointing I purchased a Chai Latte worse I’ve ever had, couldn’t even drink and a hot coffee that was not correct at all. I couldn’t do back so it was truly a waste of time and money. Please work on correcting drinks in order to properly service your customers.
On May 26th I went into this Dunkin Donuts the cashier was waiting on the people in front of me who happened to be white American she was very pleasant and nice to them. When I stepped into the counter she didn't even look at me I wanted to place my order but she wouldn't take it's she just kept walking back and forth looking at me and not saying anything to me I stood there for probably five minutes of her ignoring me all I wanted was a dozen donuts if the place is busy all she had to say was hold on a second I'll be right with you instead of ignore me like I didn't exist. I ended up just walking out and not getting my Donuts I hate to say it but I honestly feel like it's a race thing maybe she was scared she thought I was trying to rob the place or something I don't know but I just wanted my Donuts
Love their packaged coffee deals..only negative is the squawk box for placing order. Very hard to understand response. My twins visit DD daily for iced coffee drinks. I am partial to the hot lattes
Came as usual to order my ham a cheese English muffin sandwich, man with a red T-shirt manager said “here is your order pointing at the bag” I said thanks, went to open the bag and realized it wasn’t mines, I went to him to let him know, he replied all excited saying “You should have read the order first”, but how’s that If I’m told my order is here take it. This so call manager should speak loud and clear and be more specific when it comes to costumers order, won’t come back not because of the incident but because he was talking about me on his language with his employees, don't feel welcome anymore.
Well all food service is a gift. Bc people are willing or needing to work in these conditions covid. My latest order half dozen donuts. 4 put of the five I requested , two did not. Not mad. The drink seemed a bit off from my normal order. Not mad. It's always a gamble if the drink I want comes right. My Moto we don't deserve any services and I get what I get. Thank you DD employees.
