Breakfast was nicely toasted. Sandwiches were so good and hot. Drinks came out fast and presentable.Food: 5/5
The manager was too busy discussing her mental health issues with the staff to take orders. Once my order was taken, I only received one of the two drinks. When I asked about the other drink, the staff member found a venti cup that was less than a quarter full of of unidentified liquid. She filled the rest of the cup with ice and handed it to me. When I asked for a replacement, the manager argued with me, and then another employee threatened me. I have complained to corporate, but other consumers should avoid this location like the plague that it is.
I usually go to Starbucks to enjoy setting there and finish my work. However, this one doesn't have enough and comfortable chairs to set at them. In other hand it is still a great Starbuck with usual friendly staff if you order to go.
Great location, super friendly and engaging staff, helpful too in advising of merchandise availability and flavors that I've been having trouble finding. I adore a couple pumps of Raspberry in a mocha Frappuccino I will definitely be going back.

One of my experiences here shows that this location upholds Starbucks value. I accidentally made online orders here when I was at another Starbucks location. So then I came back the next day and told one of the people there, he just gladly gave me a refund to my Starbucks card. It's the Starbucks experience here! On January 29, 2021. My coffee was not made right. Asked an employee to put in some more ice. She didn't even seem to want to provide a good customer service. Went out to my car when I relized that my card was charted twice. So I went in to get that fixed. This time Nataliamight have been Natalie was up to talk to me. She was friendly and welcoming who was well representing Starbucks and its value unlike the previous one. She said there might be some orther reasons for the double charts. I just said ok. But she decieded to refund my card anyway. I was happy to go on my day after that. It was a bad experience with the coffee and the first employee, but Natalia saved the day. It takes one good employee to save the day. But I wouldn't count on her every time to bail Stabucks reputation. It's perhaps better to prevent hiring bad employees in the first place. It is a time of high inflation. Starbucks is strugling enough raising the price to keep up. Bad custoner service is not a problem it wants to deal with at the moment.
all Starbucks have great products, but this location stands out to me because of the exceptional service that they provide here. Everyone at this location is quick and friendly, remembers your name after meeting you just once, and I have to say the manager Amanda is an exceptional individual. There are several Starbucks in my area, but I go back to this one consistently because of the amazing service they have provided each time I've been there.
This Starbucks is a little small but the service is great.
The young man who took my order was very pleasant. Unfortunately, I am giving one star because the barista was NOT. I have been a Starbucks customer for 15 years, so I’m pretty familiar with the process of how my order is made. I watched this person make the two drink order places after mine, two mobile orders, as well as do prep work before attempting to start my drink. When I asked about my drink, she gave a excuse instead of an apology! I HATE when that happens. In fact that is why I’m writing this review... to the young lady with the braids, the customer isn’t looking for excuses for why you dropped the ball, an apology will do just fine. I will not return to this store-
Great customer service. Special thank you to Christian and the team for having my order ready by the time I got there. He was able to answer my question about the gold card status. There was another young lady with a St. Kitts T-shirt, she was very fast with her drink orders.
